Foresight Recruitment Group has partnered exclusively with Mainline Living & Traine to recruit an experienced Property Manager, to be based out of Kamloops.

This is your opportunity to not only work for an Owner / Manager but also a Residential Developer with a great reputation for creating fantastic communities, offering tenants a great place to call home!

Your new role

You will report directly to the Regional Property Manager and be responsible for the day-to-day operations of your residential communities / buildings, including managing the resident lifecycle, ensuring the property is in good working order, and delivering great customer service.

Other duties include managing rent collections, property maintenance, budgets and managing other staff members including an assistant property manager and maintenance technician.

This role would suit someone who is proactive, customer-focused and looking to grow their career in residential property management.

What you'll need to succeed

To be considered for this role you must have prior experience in residential property management, student accommodation or hotels, delivering a high level of customer service, and leading other team members.
