Where: Halifax
Reporting to the Director, Residential Real Estate, the Property Manager is responsible for all day-to-day management activities of a Class-A mixed-use assets, including high-end residential rentals, office and retail. Working in collaboration with leaders in Operations, Leasing and Accounting, the Property Manager will seek to optimize the performance and maximize revenue through direct involvement with all operational and property management programs, operating budget preparation and financial analysis. This role will also involve supervising contractors for site issues, maintenance, and construction, developing excellent tenant and contractor relations with responsive, proactive service and developing strategic long-range objectives for the portfolio including improving operating processes.
A key objective will be to lead and foster an environment and culture that supports the company’s ‘Best in Class’ mandate ensuring exceptional service delivery across all functional areas of the properties, while always striving to ensure superior tenant relations through personal contact and excellent customer service.
