Job description

Full-time Availability

40 hours every week.

Work Environment

Comfortable working on ladders and roofs at heights up to 40 feet.

General Responsibilities

1. Commit to company policies: starting your scheduled shift on time, wearing the expected attire, maintaining job site etiquette, etc.
2. Follow primary job site processes and standards for surface preparation, masking, applying coatings in proper conditions, and cleaning up upon completion.
3. Follow secondary job site processes for distributing and preserving brushes, pouring paint, cleaning spills, maintaining tools, operating efficiently, and disposing of hazardous waste.
4. Participate actively in work-related group chats, team-building events, and bi-weekly check-ups.
5. Submit daily time logs and bi-weekly timesheets.

Compensation

$20-$30 per hour, based on experience.

Schedule

Monday-Thursday or Friday, with weekends if needed.
