Join our growing team of Kamloops, British Columbia Residential Marketing Associates!

Renewal by Andersen is looking for accomplished, driven, and collaborative candidates to help perfect our customer’s experience in upgrading their homes. Want to join our team?

This position earns commission in addition to base pay. You will be paid an hourly wage of $18 per hour, but the real reward comes from your incentive payments. Our current employees make up to $35/hr! The specific start and end time of your day would vary based on the time of year and area you’re working in. It is an 8-hour shift with breaks throughout the day as well as a 1-hour lunch break. Base pay is based on several factors including but not limited to work experience, education, geographic location, certifications, etc. Your recruiter can share more about the specific compensation package for your preferred role during the hiring process.

PURPOSE:

This position is responsible for generating highly qualified leads through door-to-door canvassing. The canvasser is also responsible for recording accurate data regarding prospective customers and the targeted market area.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Generate leads through door-to-door campaigning in assigned territory, creating qualified sales opportunities as instructed by the Canvassing Program Manager
  • Use Renewal by Andersen mapping program and business applications to accurately record house-to-house information and data
  • Maintain a professional appearance, be courteous, neat, and in proper uniform with required permits at all times
  • Attend paid meetings and trainings as required; be able to walk for long periods in most weather conditions
  • Provide feedback to the Canvassing Program Manager to improve program effectiveness
  • Master Renewal by Andersen methodology, products, and promotional offerings; become a Signature Service expert
  • Attend daily pre-shift meetings via zoom or in person
  • Check in with the Proximity Manager before departure and after shift
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record and reliable transportation
  • Customer service or door-to-door sales experience and strong verbal communication skills
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, comfortable navigating multiple platforms on tablets
  • Physically able to stand and walk 3 to 5 miles daily (within 60 miles of office)
