Job Description

360 Painting is a national painting company specializing in residential and light commercial re‑repaints. We are seeking a subcontractor for year‑round work. The Painter will prepare and apply interior and exterior finishes, coordinate with the Manager, and maintain high quality and safety standards.

What You Will Receive
  • Independent contractor status—part‑time or full‑time schedule
  • Detailed scope of work for every Job Order
  • Professional office support (scheduling, customer support, job tracking)
  • Access to a successful marketing campaign that brings qualified customers
  • Branded apparel and signage
Responsibilities
  • Execute on‑site job requirements following manufacturer’s instructions
  • Prepare surfaces: washing, scraping, sanding, sandblasting as needed
  • Mix, match, and apply paints, enamels, lacquers, stains, and special coatings
  • Apply paint using brush, roller, spray gun, or other applicators
  • Clean up job site after each job
  • Pull inventory, transport tools, and bring necessary equipment
  • Answer customer questions and present work order descriptions
Requirements
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Minimum 1 year of residential painting experience
  • Own tools, work vehicle, and good references
  • Active contractor license and general liability insurance
  • Passed background screening
  • Knowledge of painting principles, techniques, equipment, and supplies
  • Strong learning ability and customer‑service orientation
  • Ability to work collaboratively with team members, customers, and the public
Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
Experience
  • 1+ years of painting experience (required)
