We’re Hiring: Residential Landscape Foreperson

• Location: Hannon, ON.
• Pay: $29–$41/hour (based on experience).

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Leading a team of 3–5 crew members on custom residential projects.
• Managing day-to-day site operations and ensuring top-notch workmanship.
• Driving a company truck and trailer with confidence.
• Installing natural stone (flagstone, armor), interlock pavers, precast retaining walls, and more.
• Getting hands-on: planting, digging, soil placement, and layout.
• Meeting with subcontractors and keeping projects on time, on budget, and looking sharp.

What You Bring to the Team:

• Valid G License and clean driver’s abstract.
• 5+ years of hands-on landscaping experience.
• 3+ years leading crews on residential jobs.
• Strong knowledge of tools, materials, and installation methods.
