They are growing and looking to add a skilled Residential Designer to their team to support their expanding portfolio of high-end residential projects.

Responsibilities :

Work as an integral part of the Pre-Construction Team to design and contribute to the success of various high-end residential projects.

Conduct initial design consultations as part of the sales cycle, determining concepts and project budgets.

Develop full design specifications packages, including working drawings, millwork packages, details, and reflective ceiling plans (RCP).

Select materials with clients and suppliers.

Manage and procure finishes, maintaining budgets for all selections.

Coordinate materials / finish selections to job sites.

Oversee templates, measures, and installation of custom details.

Communicate effectively with clients throughout the project.

Must-haves :

2-4 years of experience in residential design.

Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office (including strong spreadsheet skills).

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Valid driver’s license.

Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail.

Growth-oriented mindset and willingness to learn.

Nice-to-haves :

Proficiency in Revit.

Completion of an accredited interior design program.

Remote / Hybrid : This role is based in the Waterloo Region and requires on-site presence.
