About The Role

Join our IRP Energy Conservation team at Enbridge Gas, where we are committed to driving energy efficiency and demand response programs. We are seeking an exceptional Program Lead to spearhead our geo-targeted residential energy conservation initiatives. This role is pivotal in supporting our Integrated Resource Planning (IRP) efforts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and operational execution of geo-targeted energy efficiency and demand response programs for the residential market. Identify internal and external requirements to ensure successful program delivery.
  • Determine and manage appropriate delivery channels, including overseeing delivery agents to enhance program results.
  • Forecast program results and budgets, identifying opportunities for optimization to maximize impact.
  • Work closely with the Marketing team to identify requirements and budget needs for promoting residential program offerings.
  • Engage with internal and external partners to facilitate effective program operations, leverage synergies, and gain insights for planning and implementation.
  • Continuously evolve program offerings and delivery approaches to maximize results and learnings, including engagement with external evaluation contractors.
  • Support reporting for regulatory and compliance requirements, including drafting evidence and defending regulatory filing materials for IRP-related Ontario Energy Board (OEB) filings.
  • Lead consultations with external stakeholders on IRP residential program offerings as needed.

Qualifications

  • University degree in Business, Economics, Environmental Studies, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of progressive business experience, preferably in energy conservation marketing, program design, execution, and management.
  • Strong project and budget management skills, excellent communication and leadership abilities, and strong problem-solving skills. Outstanding interpersonal and relationship management skills are essential.
  • Organized, capable of balancing multiple priorities independently, customer-focused, and results-driven.

Working Conditions

This position operates in an office environment with occasional travel required.
