We are seeking an experienced Site Superintendent to join our team. As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for managing residential construction sites, ensuring timelines, quality, safety, and budgets are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage all on-site construction activities for multiple residential builds
• Coordinate and supervise trades, suppliers, and inspectors
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site
• Ensure projects are completed on time and to spec
• Collaborate with project managers, estimators, and internal teams
• Conduct walkthroughs and ensure homes are handed over to clients in top condition

Requirements :

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Site Superintendent in residential construction
• Proven track record delivering single-family and multi-unit townhomes
• Strong knowledge of Alberta Building Code and Edmonton development regulations
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Ability to build strong relationships with trades and team members
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
