Job summary

Four Seasons Hotel Toronto is seeking a full-time Residential Concierge to be the face of residents’ services, handling mail, packages, reservations, and coordinating hotel and third-party services to meet residents’ needs.

The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years in Concierge or Guest Services in a high-end environment, excellent English communication, and the ability to multitask with discretion in a luxury setting.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years previous experience in Concierge or Guest Services in a High End Residential or Hotel operation.
• Exceptional communication skills and command of English language.
• Ability to multitask with discretion in a luxury setting.

Responsibilities

• Respond to residents’ requests including mail pickup/delivery, packages, correspondence, and reservations.
• Coordinate services from hotel and third parties to fulfill residents’ requests.

About the role:

As the face of their home, this high profile department carries a special responsibility. Our Residential Concierge team is dedicated to accommodating residents’ requests from the ordinary to the extraordinary while maintaining and preserving their investment. The Residential Concierge is responsible for responding to a variety of residents’ requests including mail pickup and delivery, storing and retrieving packages, processing of all residents correspondence, handling reservations, and execution of residents’ requests and coordination of services from both the Hotel and third parties.

With local knowledge and insights about activities in the city.The Residential Concierge team does wonders to enhance residents’ experiences, making their home life in Toronto that much more enjoyable. Residents will recognize the team to be a true asset of their investment and consider each member to be a friendly personal assistant.

What you will bring:

We are looking for candidates who have excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills. Attention to detail and the ability to multitask are required. This position requires candidates to be extremely knowledgeable about the local area, have a high degree of patience and work with discretion. This position requires standing for the majority of the shift. The ideal candidate will also have a warm welcoming smile and a positive attitude!

Additional preferred qualifications & skills

1-2 years previous experience in Concierge or Guest Services role in a High End Residential or Hotel operation.

Exceptional communication skills and command of English language

Hourly wage of $24.36 CAD, with an additional hourly premium when working the overnight rotation.

Schedule & Hours

• The ideal candidate will have a open work schedule and able to work weekdays, weekends, overnights and holidays.
• Shifts are scheduled in a rotational system of Morning shifts (7:00am to 3:30pm), Evening shifts (3:00pm to 11:30pm) and Overnight shifts (11:00pm to 7:30am).
