Job summary

Aurevia Cleaning Company is seeking Residential Cleaners in Toronto to service private homes, condos, apartments, and Airbnb properties.

We offer flexible hours (20–35 hours weekly), training on our standards, competitive pay starting at 25 CAD/hour, and a professional team environment; candidates should be reliable, detail‑oriented, and able to work independently or with others.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum of one year of professional residential cleaning experience or relevant training.
• Experience cleaning private homes, condos, apartments, or Airbnb properties is an asset.
• WHMIS certification is an asset.
• Previous customer service or hospitality experience is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and common areas.
• Dust furniture, fixtures, baseboards, windowsills, and other surfaces.
• Vacuum carpets, rugs, stairs, and upholstered surfaces.
• Sweep and mop floors.
• Clean mirrors, glass surfaces, sinks, countertops, and appliances.
• Make beds and replace linens when required.
• Empty garbage and recycling containers.
• Restock household or guest supplies when requested.
• Complete deep‑cleaning and move‑in/move‑out assignments as scheduled.
• Follow company cleaning procedures, safety requirements, and property‑specific instructions.
• Use cleaning products and equipment safely and correctly.
• Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met.
• Report damages, maintenance concerns, missing supplies, or safety hazards.
• Protect clients’ privacy, property, keys, and access information.
• Communicate professionally with clients, supervisors, and team members.

Position Summary
