Position Overview: We're seeking experienced residential cleaners to work as subcontractors on a flexible schedule. You'll be responsible for delivering high quality, thorough cleaning services in private homes. If you love cleaning, enjoy working independently or with a team and would like consistent work with a supportive company, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of cleaning duties including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, kitchen and bathroom sanitizing, and general home tidying.
• Follow customized checklists to meet company expectations and client specific needs.
• Communicate professionally with clients and the Monarch team.
• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness, organization and professionalism.
• Use company provided supplies and equipment to complete assigned jobs.

Requirements:

• Prior residential cleaning experience is an asset.
• Must have your own reliable transportation to get you to and from jobs in Edmonton and surrounding areas.
• Access to a smartphone for scheduling and communication.
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and maintain a professional demeanor.
