A community service organization in Richmond, BC, is seeking a Residential Care Worker to support individuals with developmental disabilities. Responsibilities include assisting with daily activities and ensuring residents’ physical, emotional, and medical needs are met. Applicants should have a degree in Social Services and relevant experience. The position offers $28.25 per hour and comprehensive health benefits. This part-time role is open only to female applicants.

The Residential Care Worker (RCW) assists residents to live successfully in community residential settings. The position ensures residents’ physical, emotional, social, recreational, economic, educational, and medical needs are met. The RCW enhances quality of life through activities of daily living, working independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and sound judgment in problem-solving.
