Responsibilities

1. Applicant must love people, be versatile, hands-on with cleaning and maintenance tasks and take ownership of the site
2. Successful applicants must have a flexible schedule and be available to work evenings and weekends
3. Collect rent and follow up on defaults
4. Inspections of vacant and upcoming suites
5. Lease and show suites
6. Annual suite inspections
7. Prepare and deliver bank deposits
8. Ensure contractors arrive as per scheduled timelines and complete their work per conditions of the contract
9. Assist with snow removal, cleaning, and touch-up painting as required
10. Complete other tasks as assigned

Experience And Educational Requirements

1. 2 years Customer Service Experience required
2. Post-Secondary Education in related field

Technical Requirements

1. Computer experience is required with web based programs preferred
2. Ability to learn and adapt quickly to changing systems and new technology
3. Familiarity with technology is an asset

Non-Technical Requirements

1. Valid driver's license and vehicle required
2. Strong commitment to providing excellent customer service
3. Ability to take responsibility for all actions and decisions and to follow through until a resolution is obtained
4. Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
5. Demonstrates a positive attitude, enthusiasm and assertiveness
6. Ability to spend up to eight hours walking, standing, climbing stairs, lifting
7. Ability to maneuver or lift up to 10kg with the proper equipment

Annual Salary

$48,000/annually
