Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Resident Manager Couple located in Halifax, NS. The Resident Manager Couple will be responsible for the daily management and maintenance of the property. Duties include overseeing leasing, managing tenant relations, ensuring maintenance and repairs are completed, coordinating with various departments, and ensuring the property is clean and safe for all residents.

Qualifications

• Property management experience, including leasing and tenant relations
• Skills in maintenance, repairs, and ensuring property safety
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Organizational and time-management skills
• Basic administrative and computer skills
• Ability to work as a couple in a collaborative and supportive manner
• Experience in a similar role or environment is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certifications in property management are beneficial
