Responsibilities

• Prepares, cooks, serves and distributes food for residents.
• Unpacks and restocks supplies.
• Maintains food storage rotation to minimize spoilage and waste.
• Keeps kitchen, kitchenettes and storage areas clean and sanitary.
• Trains Food Services Aides.
• Follows Wing Kei policies and standards.
• Maintains good communication with residents, volunteers and health care team.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
