Overview

Resident Experience Coordinator for Parkland on Eglinton West in Etobicoke, Ontario. The role focuses on maintaining resident satisfaction, ensuring service delivery meets brand standards, and fostering a positive safety and wellness culture within the team.

Responsibilities

• Maintains quality and resident satisfaction standards for Parkland on Eglinton West.
• Ensures service delivery meets established brand standards in quality, safety, timeliness, and customer service.
• Establishes processes to utilize formal and informal resident feedback to influence operational practices.
• Oversees orientation of new Residents to Parkland on Eglinton West according to established standards.
• Directs safety and wellness culture of the housekeeping team.
• Performs other related duties as required.

Qualifications

• A University Degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or similar field.
• 1–2 years in a marketing and administrative role within Hospitality or Seniors Living environment.
• Experience working with seniors and in seniors’ living or long-term care environments.
• Alzheimer’s Disease and other Dementia Care Course is considered an asset.
