Purpose of the position

Our Erin building in Pointe-Saint-Charles, Montreal is currently looking for a resident concierge. Are you versatile, agile with your hands and have a keen sense of organization? You are exactly the person we are looking for!

Specifically, your daily life with us will look like :

• Clean and perform the tasks inherent in the maintenance of floors and carpets in common areas
• Ensuring security and compliance with building regulations
• Maintain the land, indoor parking, storage spaces
• Carry out site maintenance according to the frequency provided for this purpose or when required
• Maintain a clean working environment
• Maintain property spaces and systems
• Perform minor repairs in apartments and common areas
• Wash the windows at the main and secondary entrances
• Be available to respond to emergencies
• Other Related Tasks
• Ensure the cleanliness of entrances and common areas, terrace and gym
• Distribution of communications to tenants

The ideal person has :

• Good organizational skills
• Good physical capacity

• Experience in painting, plumbing and basic electricity
