A property management company is seeking a dedicated Property Manager to foster meaningful relationships with tenants and vendors. This position is based in Richmond, BC.

What You Will Do:
General
Ensure adherence to company and property rules by tenants.
Enforce Residential Tenancy Act regulations.
Attend to emergencies promptly.
Collect and review maintenance requests from tenants.
Maintain good communication and responsiveness with tenants.
Property Inspection and Security.
Daily and nightly property inspections.
Report vandalism and damage.
Monthly unit inspections.
Secure common area amenities and facilities.
Check operational status of equipment and furniture.
Caretaking
Clean common areas thoroughly.
Maintain cleanliness and security in underground garage/basement.
Keep storage areas and rental office tidy.
Ensure cleanliness and security in mechanical rooms.
Maintain cleanliness and functionality of lobbies and entrances.
Clean vacated suites and ensure move-out requirements are met.
Maintain cleanliness and appearance of the building exterior.
Rental Responsibilities
Handle rental inquiries and conduct showings.
Complete move-in and move-out condition reports accurately.
Collect rent and deposits, follow up on late payments.
Process Residential Tenancy Act notices and ensure compliance.
What You Will Bring:
Able to read, write and speak English
Basic operations of a computer and smart phone
