A leading Canadian charitable organization is seeking a Resident Care Team Lead to oversee resident-driven care services at their Long Term Care Centre. This role requires collaboration with staff to meet the comprehensive needs of residents, ensuring high-quality, dignity-driven support. Ideal candidates will possess a Registered Nurse certification and supervisory experience in geriatric or long-term care settings.

Position Summary:
Under the direction of the Director of Resident Care or designate at Mon Sheong Stouffville Long Term Care Centre, the Resident Care Team Lead will collaborate with regulated and non-registered staff to ensure that his/her assigned units are in accordance with the Long Term Care Homes Act, 2007 and Standard of Practice of the College of Nurses of Ontario.
