The Opportunity

The Resident Care Manager plays a key role in our goal to be the premier provider of Communities of Care and Wellness for seniors, fostering a culture of safety, respect, and quality care.

What You Will Do
  1. Coordinate all aspects of nursing care within your team, including planning, organizing, and evaluating.
  2. Provide guidance, mentorship, and performance management to care staff.
  3. Conduct ongoing performance reviews of the nursing team.
  4. Ensure adherence to the facility's operational plan, budget, and high standards.
  5. Implement and evaluate clinical best practice programs.
  6. Participate in accreditation and corporate initiatives.
  7. Monitor safety and injury prevention measures continually.
What You Will Need
  1. RN Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree.
  2. At least 5 years of leadership experience with demonstrated management, clinical judgment, and interpersonal skills.
  3. Knowledge of current nursing and medical practices, laws, regulations, and standards related to Long Term Care and Supportive Living.
  4. Experience caring for clients with dementia.
  5. Alignment with AgeCare’s values.
  6. Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively.
  7. Highly motivated, organized, and innovative in developing new approaches.
