Job summary

Strive Living Society in Duncan, BC is seeking a Residence Worker for a one-year position with a path to permanent, offering both full-time and part-time shifts. You will support adults with developmental and mental health needs, following care plans, documenting daily activities, and promoting independence.

Required are experience with behavior management, personal care, a Medication Administration Certificate, and a valid driver’s abstract with a reliable vehicle.

Qualifications

Pay rate: $27.53/hour for Daytime

$25.17/ hour for Overnight
