The Opportunity - Residence Front Desk Assistant
This position is covered by the Alberta Union of Provincial Employees (AUPE) Collective Agreement Job Classification : Student, Office Assistant
The role of Front Desk Assistant is an integral member of our team and is often the first point of contact for all students and guests. The Front Desk Assistant will perform a variety of general administrative and clerical functions. The incumbent will be required to take direction and work intuitively to support the day-to-day operations of the Residence Services Team, and also takes the security, safety, privacy, and wellbeing of the resident community seriously when going about questions, queries, and tasks.
