The Royal College of Art is seeking a Research Contracts Manager to support its world-class research and knowledge exchange (RKE) activities. This is a fantastic opportunity to shape contractual processes at a globally renowned institution, working in a dynamic and forward-thinking environment.
About the Role
As Research Contracts Manager, you will play a pivotal role in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a diverse range of research agreements with partners including universities, industry, commercial organisations, and government bodies. You will ensure that contractual terms align with RCA policies while managing risk effectively and enabling impactful research collaborations. This exciting permanent role is based in Battersea/hybrid, working 21 hours per week. (Please only apply if you can undertake the hours of this role).
You will also be responsible for designing and implementing efficient processes for managing research and knowledge exchange contracts, ensuring compliance with internal and external reporting requirements. Your expertise will help researchers and project teams navigate complex agreements, securing the best outcomes for RCA.
