We are seeking a Research Chemical Engineer to join our R&D team. This role involves conducting field tests and onsite commissioning, evaluating catalytic materials, and improving production processes. The successful candidate will work collaboratively across multiple projects and demonstrate solid chemical engineering expertise. Strong analytical skills and the ability to lead projects from concept to execution are essential. The candidate should also be adept at quickly identifying and resolving issues during field trials.

Job responsibilities

  • Participate in experimental design and setup
  • Prepare catalyst samples and perform evaluation in micro-reactor or engine lab.
  • Observe and record testing results, identify and analyze the problems.
  • Analyze and summarize testing results
  • Write technical reports and submit experimental findings
  • Performs other related duties and assignments as required.
  • Business trips to carry out field tests and meet with clients

Educational Requirements

  • Degree in chemical engineering from a recognized university.
  • Extensive knowledge of mass and heat transfer.
  • Some knowledge on materials engineering and catalysis.
  • Additional Requirements

  • Effective communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Good team player.
  • Enthusiastic and positive.
  • Experience on catalysis is a great asset.
  • Candidate Profile

    As the ideal candidate, you should have a bachelor degree and an educational background in chemical engineering. A solid work ethic, honesty, professionalism, and a willingness to adapt and meet deadlines within a changing environment is required. Good communication skills are required along with the ability to work independently or in a team setting.
