The Public Safety Personnel Internet-delivered Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (PSPNET) team is located at the University of Regina and part of the Canadian Institute of Public Safety Research and Treatment (CIPSRT) funded by Public Safety Canada. The PSPNET team is led by Dr. Heather Hadjistavropoulos, one of Canada’s foremost leaders on ICBT. The team consists of both clinicians and researchers who are developing, implementing and evaluating ICBT to help current and former public safety personnel (PSP) to improve their mental health and wellbeing. ICBT typically begins with an online and telephone screening. ICBT itself involves patients reviewing psychoeducational materials over the internet and therapists providing support and directing therapeutic activities via secure messaging and phone calls.
PSPNET is looking for a bilingual (French and English) Research Associate. The individual will work with the PSPNET team and will be involved in various educational and research activities associated with PSPNET.
