Research Assistant (SRI) - Evaluative Clinical Sciences - Casual 2025-13081 (2025-13081)

Join to apply for the Research Assistant (SRI) - Evaluative Clinical Sciences - Casual 2025-13081 (2025-13081) role at Sunnybrook.

Responsibilities:

  • Report to the Study PIs and work under the supervision of the Fellow, handling administrative tasks such as preparing grant applications, enrolling patients, and coordinating study activities.
  • Monitor study progress to ensure protocols are followed and study tasks are completed.
  • Maintain administrative logs, including study protocols, REB submissions, data review forms, and study visit records.
  • Prepare and submit Regulatory Ethics applications and renewals.
  • Coordinate data collection, source documentation, and data entry into study databases.
  • Manage study visit schedules, assist with assessments, adverse event documentation, questionnaires, and sample collection.
  • Participate in patient enrollment, randomization, and informed consent processes.

Qualifications:

  • Post-secondary degree in science or healthcare, or equivalent experience.
  • Certification in clinical research.
  • Knowledge of regulatory processes and clinical source documentation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and REDCap; experience with SAS or SPSS is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Respectful, responsible, with high integrity and confidentiality.
