We are seeking a dedicated Research Assistant I to support a project focused on Type 1 Diabetes (T1D) and stigma, within the Institute for Better Health at Trillium Health Partners. This temporary, part-time role involves assisting with research activities, data collection, and community engagement, with an emphasis on youth and health equity.
THP is Canada's largest community-based hospital network, serving Mississauga, West Toronto, and surrounding areas. It is affiliated with the University of Toronto and hosts the Institute for Better Health, which focuses on health research and innovation.

The Peer Research Assistant will work with the Family and Child Health Initiative to support a project on reducing stigma among high school students with T1D through youth-led multimedia tools. The role involves engaging with community members, assisting in research activities, and contributing to report and publication writing.
Remote work with occasional on-site presence in Peel region, with flexibility for work-from-home arrangements, adhering to THP policies.
