Research Project or Team Description
The Substance Use Service Peer Program Evaluation is a comprehensive assessment of the peer support program at WCH, supported by the WCH Foundation. The project involves multiple components: metrics from EPIC, semi-structured interviews with clients, surveys of clinical team members on peer support integration, and surveys of learners on attitudes towards drug use and peer support. The research team includes Dr. Wyman, Dr. Leece, Krasman Centre guidance, and peers.
Summary of Duties:
You will serve as a role model, promoting safe, best practices to ensure high-quality, safe care delivery.
