Note :
The work will be remote, but proponents should be able to travel to New Brunswick at least once a month throughout the project.
Deliverables
The successful proponents must deliver the following to complete the engagement:
- Lead planning and implementation of prescriber and clinician engagement strategies to foster shared ownership, collaboration, awareness, understanding of impacts and benefits, and motivate these groups to participate in the transformation.
- Partner with CMIOs, CNIOs, and other program leaders to deliver tactics that build readiness among prescribers and clinicians.
- Collaborate with communications, engagement, and HR resources as needed.
- Plan and coordinate engagement events, including preparing agendas, content, and translations.
- Collect change impacts relevant to prescriber and clinician audiences.
- Oversee the day-to-day work of team members supporting prescriber and clinician engagement activities as the CMC team grows.
- Manage tasks using the Program management tool - Jira.
- Work with the CMC Lead to identify and mitigate risks and resolve issues.
- Collect feedback through prescriber and clinician networks, analyze change readiness survey results, and adapt engagement tactics accordingly.
The individual will need to sign a non-disclosure agreement and complete the Department's Privacy Training before starting.
Requirement Details / Qualifications
General Duties :
- Proven experience in Change Management and developing change management programs.
- Experience in developing training and communication plans.
- Experience in delivering a Benefits Evaluation Strategy and Plan.
- Experience facilitating workshops.
- Experience presenting to senior management.
- Ability to identify and assess change impacts on business processes and technology solutions.
- Analyze and evaluate alternatives based on impact, cost, and benefits; propose, justify, plan, and cost implementations.
- Engage stakeholders effectively in change processes.
- Develop and implement change management processes and tools.
- Plan, direct, and control change management activities within scheduled time and budget.
Supervision :
- May work independently or under the general supervision of a Program Director.
- The Change Manager provides leadership to business owners and reports project changes to the Project Manager.
