Note

NB Based Work Location (Preferred Option): The ERP Project Team Office is located at 440 King Street, King Tower, Suite 234 Fredericton, NB. Office space with current technology and access to necessary information will be provided for the duration of the engagement.

It is anticipated that the Vendor will be required to work in the Fredericton area based on an established schedule such as 2 days a week, or 2 days every other week during the engagement. The days required in Fredericton must be scheduled with the Manager, ERP Solution Services to ensure alignment with the other team members on-site dates and times. The Vendor must be able to schedule a visit to the 440 King Street office with a days’ notice if required outside of the established schedule.

The Vendor must be available during SNB working hours, Monday through Friday, 8:15 AM through 4:30 PM AST

Deliverables

The successful candidate must deliver the following in order to successfully complete the engagement:

  • Developing and supporting IT solutions that meet client's business requirements and goals, while adhering to standards and best practices and maintaining information integrity across all solutions deployed within the Oracle Fusion environment(s).
  • Providing operational support functions tied to client application enhancements and/or ERP SaaS Platform advancements.
  • Developing reports leveraging Oracle Fusion Transaction Business intelligence (OBTI) and Oracle Fusion Financial Reporting Studio (FRS) toolsets.
  • Interacting with various stakeholders) to collect and understand client and technical requirements.
  • Conducting preventative maintenance, which includes changes to the ERP Platform and client applications that would improve system performance or application usability.
  • Collaborating with other teams (Integration, Infrastructure, etc.) within Technology Services to investigate and ensure implementation of effective solutions.
  • Providing technical expertise and mentoring in all aspects of application development, maintenance, and support
  • Providing technical expertise and mentoring with regards to standards and processes for deliverables
  • Ensuring application design/development, maintenance and support activities adhere to policies, standards, processes, and procedures
  • Working with business analysts, technical teams, and business units to review business needs, recommend and develop solutions to address their requirements
  • Contributing to defining, documenting, and improving on issue, change, and risk management processes

The Senior System Analyst will be required to sign a non-disclosure agreement and complete the Privacy and Security training, as required by the ERP Project, prior to commencing the assignment
