A leading tech company is seeking a Reputation & Community Engagement Specialist to manage community interactions across platforms like Reddit and Facebook, ensuring a consistent and authentic brand voice. This hands-on role involves community moderation, review oversight, and campaign collaboration. Applicants should have 2-4 years of related experience and excellent communication skills. The role offers remote-first flexibility and competitive compensation.
We started Super.com to help maximize lives–both the lives of our customers and the lives of our team – so that everyone can experience all that life has to offer. For our employees, our promise is that Super.com is more than just a job; it’s an opportunity to unlock one’s potential, where learning is celebrated and impact is realized. We are more than a fast-paced, high-growth tech company; we care about our people and take career progression seriously. This is your career and our aim is to supercharge it through the people, the work, and the programs that fuel who we are.
Join us as a Reputation & Community Engagement Specialist. You’ll own reputation and community management across Reddit, review platforms, social channels, and public forums, ensuring Super.com’s voice is consistent, authentic, and trusted wherever customers engage with us. Your work will be both reactive (responding to high-impact reviews and mentions quickly and effectively) and proactive (shaping narratives, building credibility assets, creating outreach programs, and launching an ambassador program that builds advocacy and loyalty).
This is a hands-on role that blends community moderation, review management, ambassador program development, and narrative control. You’ll collaborate closely with Customer Success, Marketing, Social Media, and Product teams, ensuring every public touchpoint reflects trust and transparency. You’ll be part of a mission-aligned team with specific goals and a strong focus on initiatives that carry high visibility across the company.
Your mission: turn every review, comment, and community thread into an opportunity to build trust and influence the conversation, making Super.com a brand that customers see as reliable, credible, and customer-first.
Salary ranges are remote-first and benchmarked to your location. Specific ranges will be confirmed during hiring. Canada: Tier 1: 71,000 - 96,000 CAD; Greater Toronto Area and Metro Vancouver regions. Tier 2: 68,000 - 91,000 CAD for all other regions. USA: 55,000 - 96,000 USD.
As a remote-first organization we use benchmarking data reflective of your geographical areas to ensure our compensation package is competitive based on where you reside. Your TA partner will confirm which range applies to your location as part of the hiring process.
