Saputo, Inc. is seeking a part-time Representative, Customer Service in Saint-Laurent, QC for a 12-month hybrid role. You will act as a liaison between customers and internal teams, processing orders, solving inquiries, and contributing to customer value.

The role requires bilingual English/French communication, data entry accuracy, and solid MS Office skills, with at least 1 year in customer service. The position includes benefits and a flexible, team-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 or equivalent required.
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• One-year experience in a telephone sales / customer service environment preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; excellent telephone manner.
• Excellent data entry skills – speed and accuracy a must.
• Strong time-management, organizational, analytical and leadership skills.
• Ability to multi task in a dynamic environment both independently and as part of a team.
• Bilingual English and French required; able to communicate with stakeholders across North America.
