We are currently seeking a dedicated Customer Care Representative to join our team at the Sobeys Corporate Office in Calgary. Reporting to the Supervisor, Customer Care, you will be responsible for handling feedback from our retail customers, ensuring their satisfaction and maintaining our “customers & stores first” commitment to quality products and customer service.
The Customer Care operates seven (7) days per week. This is a part-time role but may work full-time hours at times. The hours Monday to Friday are 8am – 5pm and on weekends and holidays from 8am – 4pm. Must be flexible to work shifts within all hours of operations.
