How You’ll Contribute

As a Sales Representative , you’ll play a key role in driving growth across the Canadian and U.S. markets. You’ll act as a brand ambassador, a strategic partner, and a trusted advisor to our clients.

Your responsibilities will include :

  • Developing new business opportunities in Canada and the U.S.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with local clients and FOB / import partners
  • Supporting the development of seasonal offers and contributing to effective sales strategies
  • Organizing client meetings, product line reviews, and showroom visits
  • Representing the company at trade shows (approximately 20% travel)
  • Negotiating business agreements and closing sales
  • Meeting (and exceeding!) individual and team sales targets
  • Monitoring market and competitor trends to adapt strategy as needed
  • Delivering high-level customer service with professionalism and responsiveness
  • Contributing to marketing initiatives, promotional campaigns, and continuous improvement efforts
  • Using analytics tools (e.g., Tableau) to evaluate results and support data-driven decisions

What We’re Looking For

  • Solid B2B sales experience, ideally in a manufacturing or distribution setting
  • Bonus : experience in a seasonal outdoor product category such as gazebos, pergolas, garden furniture, or exterior living products
  • Proven ability to develop a client portfolio and close deals
  • Excellent command of both French and English, spoken and written
  • Comfortable with technology, data analysis, and CRM / ERP systems
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, autonomy, strategic thinking, and high professionalism
  • Interest in durable goods, outdoor design, or construction is a strong asset
