A leading waste management company seeks an Account Success Representative to build customer relationships and ensure successful onboarding. The role involves conducting meetings with customers, verifying setup information, and following up to promote retention. Candidates should have a Bachelor's Degree or relevant experience, along with at least two years in customer service. Bilingual skills in French and English are required for Quebec applicants.
I. Job Summary
The Account Success Representative is responsible for developing strong customer relationships that promote retention and loyalty, especially at the beginning of the customer journey with WM. This role will work closely with the sales team and customers to ensure successful onboarding.
