*Our Outside Sales Representative will be responsible for covering the Rimouski, Edmundston regions, and surrounding areas.

What will you do?
- The Outside Sales Representative is responsible for increasing sales to meet branch and company objectives
- Maintain and optimize strong relationships with existing clients while developing new business opportunities by offering effective professional solutions
- Provide quotes, technical assistance, documentation, and other support or materials to clients
- Develop new sales opportunities by examining market opportunities and client needs, customizing products and services, and offering solutions
- Participate in setting branch sales goals and be responsible for achieving sales results (revenue, gross margin, account objectives, and monthly quotas)
- Advise branches on competitive pricing to meet margin targets while maintaining flexibility for large volume or new accounts
- Proactively communicate with branch management on all aspects of client partnerships, ensuring customer and branch satisfaction, and resolving issues promptly
- Collaborate with branch staff and provide feedback and recommendations on new products, services, and market conditions
- Participate in trade shows, training, and product meetings as applicable
What will you bring?
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in a similar role with proven success in profitable sales or cold calling, preferably in wholesale distribution of plumbing and HVAC/R products
- Ability to meet and exceed sales quotas and targets
- Excellent time management and entrepreneurial spirit
- Strong ability to work independently managing territory and accounts effectively
- Proven skills in building and maintaining solid relationships
- Demonstrated initiative and ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment
- High organizational skills for prioritizing and handling multiple tasks
