About the Role:

We are seeking a talented and driven Customer Service Representative to join our team. Reporting directly to the Senior Operations Manager, this position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic, constantly evolving environment within the recruitment industry.

Main Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for Quantum’s temporary employees via phone and email
• Complete and submit government forms in accordance with regulatory requirements
• Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality (e.g., contact details and direct deposit information)
• Provide general payroll support as needed
• Support the payroll department with various administrative tasks and special projects

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service role
• Proven customer service experience with a strong commitment to client satisfaction
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain effective communication
• Fluent in French
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail

Other Language Requirement: English

- Level of Proficiency Required: Advanced

- Reasons for Language Requirement: Communication with clients, internal team collaboration, supporting operations in another region, customer support

- Frequency of Use: Daily (for various tasks)
