GM Financial is seeking a Reporting Specialist to support the production and calibration of reporting outputs, ensuring accuracy and data quality across evolving data ranges. The Reporting Specialist is responsible for supporting production of defined reporting output as directed. This team member will execute reporting activities as well as perform ongoing maintenance/calibration to ensure reported output is accurate, of pertinent data quality and encompasses evolving data ranges (i.e. new model introductions) appropriately. This team member will be encouraged and counted upon to provide observations of trends identified within the context of output produced. The specialist will compile raw data from various sources while exercising confidentiality in all aspects. This team member will be expected to develop skills with respect to using advanced reporting software such as IBM Cognos, SAS and various cloud applications as appropriate in order to support overall reporting team performance.

The base range for this role is: $50,000-$75,000
At GM Financial, we strive for transparency in all aspects of our business, including pay equity. This is the GM Financial pay range for this role and job level. The exact salary and compensation will vary based on factors like knowledge, skills, experience, and education.
This role is eligible to participate in a performance-based incentive plan. Full time employees are eligible to participate in health benefits after 30 days of employment.
