Job Title: Reporting & Data Analyst – Finance (4-Month Contract)

Location: Mississauga, ON (Hybrid – 3 Days Onsite per Week)

Contract Length: 4 Months

Overview:

Our client, a respected organization based in Mississauga, is seeking a Reporting & Data Analyst for a special 4-month contract within their Finance team. This role focuses on transforming large sets of financial data into executive-level reports and presentations that support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with large datasets to analyze, clean, and modify financial data as needed
• Build insightful reports and dashboards using MS Excel
• Create clear, professional PowerPoint presentations for senior leadership
• Collaborate with finance stakeholders to understand reporting needs and ensure data accuracy
• Present findings and insights in a clear and compelling way

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Accounting or Finance roles involving data handling and reporting
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data manipulation)
• Strong PowerPoint skills with experience creating executive-level presentations
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• High attention to detail and ability to work independently

Work Environment:

• Hybrid role: 3 days per week onsite in Mississauga
