We are seeking a high-impact finance professional to lead financial reporting and operational controlling for our organization TDS Site in Saint Bruno HQ. This role is pivotal in ensuring accurate financial insights and effective cost management across various departments, supporting strategic decision-making and performance optimization. The role is attached to the Site Controller TDS Saint Bruno and act as support for the Reporting Manager and OVH Controller

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, Forecast and Rolling Forecast ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
  • Analyze financial performance against budgets and forecasts by Cost Center, providing detailed commentary on variances and root causes.
  • Collaborate with the Site Controller and departmental managers to monitor operational costs and implement effective cost control strategies, particularly focusing on OVH expenses.
  • Drive KPI tracking, cost reduction initiatives, and continuous improvement of reporting processes.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for financial data integrity, ensuring consistency in reporting and analysis across systems.
  • Proactively manage the accounting reconciliation and prepare and review the monthly permanent Journal entries for the monthly closing
  • Prepare the Reporting package for the Business review with the management
  • Anticipate and explain using KPI and Scorecard the main deviation vs Budget

Profile:

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in financial reporting and controlling, preferably in a complex business environment. Strong Accounting skills, preferably CPA title
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on quantitative data analysis and financial performance metrics.
  • Proficiency in financial reporting tools (SAP, Excel) and BI platforms (e.g., QlikView) and Power BI
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in French as additional languages is a plus.
