Store - WINNIPEG-ST VITAL, MB

Deliver friendly customer service, assist customers with shopping, and help them find products. Ensure a quick and friendly checkout experience, handle cash transactions accurately, and promote the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards, including enrollment and educating customers about the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey. Support omni-channel processes such as Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS). Participate in truck unloading, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes. Maintain store recovery standards, complete merchandise recovery, and manage returns to ensure a well-stocked, organized store. Perform Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties as assigned. Support shrink and safety programs, adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and company policies to ensure legal compliance, and promote a positive, respectful work environment. Cross-train in Custom Framing selling and production.

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred

Physical Requirements and Work Environment

• Ability to stand for long periods, move throughout the store, and perform bending, lifting, reaching, and stretching
• Lifting heavy boxes and using ladders or equipment to access high shelves
• Work may include outdoor tasks, climate-controlled public areas, and some non-climate-controlled stock rooms
• Work hours include nights, weekends, and early mornings
