Gazifère, the exclusive natural gas distributor in the Outaouais, is seeking a Workload Coordinator. You will issue and monitor work, coordinate emergency responses, and manage service requests across operations and contractors. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for success in this role.

The position requires bilingualism (French plus proficient English) and a High School diploma, with a mix of day, evening, and weekend shifts in a fast-growing company.

Gazifère, the exclusive distributor of natural gas in the Outaouais, and a dynamic and rapidly growing business, is looking for Workload Coordinators to join our team! Our Workload Coordinators play a vital role in Enbridge's operations. They are primarily responsible for issuing and monitoring work, communicating and providing record information, and coordinating emergency situations. Responsibilities

Qualifications

• You will have the following:
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Bilingual, the person in this role must be fluent in French (speaking, reading, writing). As the person in this role is required to frequently interact with colleagues, stakeholders and clients that do not speak French, a proficient knowledge of English(speaking, reading, writing) is also required.
• Proven strong work ethic while under pressure with minimal direction, and capable of managing priorities and stress
• Excellent organizational skills with an ability to multi-task and prioritize
• Strong communication skills with the ability to speak professionally with internal and external customers
• Professional, resourceful, and initiative-driven
• Good knowledge of IT software
• Previous dispatch experience is an asset

Working Conditions

• Il existe différents horaires de quarts de travail pour nos rôles de Répartiteur Quart de jour (x2): 35h/semaine, 7h à 15h et 9h à 17h
• Quart de soir : 35h/semaine, 35h/semaine, 16h à 23h
• Quart de fin de semaine (x3) : 16h/semaine de 7h à 15h, de 9h à 17h et de 15h à 23h
• Quart de nuit (x2) : 32h/semaine & 24h/semaine, 23h à 7h.
• Day Shift (x2): 35h/week, 7am to 3pm and 9am to 5pm
• Evening Shift: 35h/week, 4pm to 11pm
• Weekend Shift (x3): 16h/week 7am to 3pm, 9am to 5pm, and 3pm to 11pm
• Night Shift (x2): 32h/week & 24h/week, 11pm to 7am.
