Job summary

Qualifications

  • Grade 12 diploma or equivalent education.
  • A+ Certification or equivalent technical experience.
  • Strong hardware and software troubleshooting knowledge.
  • Experience with Windows OS, control software, browsers and MS Office.

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and test laptops, desktops, and mobile devices.
  • Perform fault isolation to industry standards.
  • Achieve high first-time repair completion through accurate diagnostics.
  • Use service manuals, diagrams, vendor resources, and testing equipment.
  • Enter repair data and service information into computer systems.
  • Maintain a clean, safe work environment and follow policies.
  • Support inventory control and light material handling up to 50 lbs.
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences with repaired products.

We are hiring immediately for a Repair Technician (Laptops, Desktops & Cell Phones)As a Repair Technician, you will be part of a skilled and collaborative team that plays a key role in restoring technology products to like-new working condition. You'll use your technical expertise and passion for consumer electronics to diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and test laptops, desktops, and mobile devices.
