Are you an experienced Repair & Restoration professional looking for an opportunity to advance your career? BELFOR Property Restoration is seeking a Repair & Restoration Technician with strong drywall installation and finishing skills to join our team!

This role involves restoring residential and commercial properties, handling drywall installations, repairs, and finishing as part of our construction and restoration projects. If you have hands-on experience, a strong work ethic, and an eye for detail, we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Do:

1. Perform drywall installations – hanging, taping, filling, and finishing walls and ceilings.
2. Measure and mark cutting lines on drywall, ensuring precise cuts and a perfect fit.
3. Cut openings for electrical outlets, vents, and fixtures while maintaining accuracy.
4. Install metal framing, decorative trim, doors, and hardware for a polished final product.
5. Collaborate with project managers and other trades to ensure timely project completion.
6. Identify and resolve job site issues to maintain efficiency and high-quality standards.
7. Work in both residential and commercial environments, completing restoration and repair tasks.
8. Ensure job site safety and comply with health and safety regulations.
9. Provide excellent customer service and maintain professionalism with clients.

What You Bring:

Required:
High School Diploma/GED with post-secondary drywall courses/certifications or 3+ years of experience in drywall installation.
Strong math and measurement skills for accurate cuts and installations.
Ability to work independently and within a team to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Valid driver’s license and ability to operate company vehicles.
Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality craftsmanship.

Preferred:
Experience in construction, restoration, or insurance-related work.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
