BELFOR Property Restoration is looking for a Repair and Restoration Coordinator to oversee daily restoration operations, crew scheduling, and project efficiency. What You’ll Do:
Operational Leadership & Coordination
  • Establish and implement departmental procedures to improve production efficiency
  • Maintain crew schedules, project assignments, and staffing levels to meet business needs
  • Support equipment, vehicle, and fleet management, including maintenance approvals
  • Oversee quality control and job site compliance with budget, timelines, and safety standards
Team Management & Development
  • Organize and schedule employee orientation, onboarding, and training in collaboration with Health & Safety
  • Manage time and attendance records, vacation approvals, and recruitment efforts
  • Participate in on-call rotations and coordinate after-hours emergency response crews
Project Oversight & Communication
  • Conduct job site visits to ensure work meets quality, safety, and compliance requirements
  • Proactively communicate project updates and concerns with key stakeholders
  • Collaborate across departments to ensure timely project completion
Health, Safety & Compliance
  • Ensure job sites maintain safety standards and compliance with regulations
  • Conduct hazard assessments and report any unsafe conditions
  • Actively participate in safety training and workplace inspections
What You Bring:
  • High School Diploma/GED required
  • 2+ years of leadership experience in operations, construction, or restoration
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Attention to detail and ability to safeguard client property and information
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to operate a company vehicle per BELFOR’s Auto Policy
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Post-secondary education in Business, Project Management, or Construction
  • 4+ years of experience in restoration, construction, or insurance industries
  • IICRC certifications in Water Restoration, Fire & Smoke, or Mold Remediation
  • Experience with health & safety regulations and WCB compliance
  • Proficiency in Xactimate, XactAnalysis, Microsoft Office, and Google Suite

Working Conditions:
  • Standard business hours, with occasional evening, on-call, or overtime work as required
  • Requires mobility in tight spaces, sustained physical activity (lifting, walking, kneeling), and working at heights over 5 feet
  • Manual dexterity for computer use, reporting, and financial analysis
  • Periodic travel to job sites required
