Job summary

Richardson International is hiring a Repair & Maintenance Lead at the Dunvegan Richardson Pioneer Ag Business Centre in Rycroft, AB. You will oversee the repair and maintenance of high-throughput grain handling and crop input facilities, coordinating in-house and contract resources to ensure safe, efficient operations.

The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined with maintenance experience, has strong communication and organizational skills, and holds a valid driver's license.

We currently have an opportunity for a Repair & Maintenance Lead at our Dunvegan Richardson Pioneer Ag Business Centre located in Rycroft, AB. As a Repair & Maintenance Lead you contribute to the safe, efficient and profitable operation of grain handling and/or crop input facilities. You are responsible for the repair and maintenance of high throughput grain handling and crop input facilities, utilizing both in-house and contract maintenance resources.

Qualifications

• Mechanically inclined with relevant maintenance experience
• Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills; excellent customer service skills
• Detail-oriented with demonstrated accuracy
• A valid driver's licence is required
• An agricultural background would be considered an asset
