Richardson International is seeking a Repair & Maintenance Lead for the Dunvegan Richardson Pioneer Ag Business Centre in Rycroft, AB. You will contribute to safe, efficient, and profitable grain handling and crop input operations by maintaining and repairing high-throughput facilities.

The role requires mechanical aptitude, strong communication and organizational skills, attention to detail, and a valid driver’s license. An agricultural background is a plus.

• Detail-oriented with demonstrated accuracy.
• A valid driver’s licence is required.
• Agricultural background would be an asset.

We currently have an opportunity for a Repair & Maintenance Lead at our Dunvegan Richardson Pioneer Ag Business Centre located in Rycroft, AB.

As a Repair & Maintenance Lead you contribute to the safe, efficient and profitable operation of grain handling and/or crop input facilities. You are responsible for the repair and maintenance of high throughput grain handling and crop input facilities, utilising both in‑house and contract maintenance resources.

• Mechanically inclined with relevant maintenance experience
• Strong communication, interpersonal and organisational skills; excellent customer service skills
• Detail‑oriented with demonstrated accuracy
• A valid driver’s licence is required
• An agricultural background would be considered an asset
