We currently have an opportunity for a Repair & Maintenance Lead at our Richardson Pioneer Ag Business Centre located in North Battleford, SK. As a Repair & Maintenance Lead, you contribute to the safe, efficient, and profitable operation of grain handling and/or crop input facilities. You are responsible for the repair and maintenance of high throughput grain handling and crop input facilities, utilizing both in-house and contract maintenance resources.

Qualifications:

1. Mechanically inclined with relevant maintenance experience
2. Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills; excellent customer service skills
3. Detail-oriented with demonstrated accuracy
4. Willingness to relocate
5. An agricultural background would be considered an asset
