Here is what you will be doing each day:

As a Repair & Maintenance Associate, you will be working with our Maintenance and Rooms teams to ensure all hotel maintenance quality standards are achieved and maintained. You are responsible for completing repair requests in a timely manner, and delivering consistent high quality customer service by providing attentive, courteous, and efficient service to all guests.

You are also responsible for supporting safety requirements, maintaining physical appearance “curb appeal,” and completing preventative maintenance according to hotel schedule and needs. You will be working with chemical products, and industrial equipment.

Key knowledge, skills or abilities that are required:

• A minimum of 2 years maintenance or general construction experience.
• Knowledge and/or experience with patching & painting, basic plumbing/fixture repair, electrical system controls, small equipment/appliance repair, basic carpentry (e.g., chair, table, door, window repair/refurbishing)
• Ability to sit and stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
